Meals There are dining facilities in Statler Hall and elsewhere on the Cornell campus. In addition, the Ithaca area offers a large variety of restaurants appealing to virtually every culinary preference. We suggest that you plan a minimum amount of US$160 per week for meals. |
WeekendsOn the weekends, between courses, students can explore. Student staff will assist students by providing rental-car information, bus and plane schedules, trip suggestions, and pamphlets that describe popular Ithaca and Finger Lakes area attractions. Almost every weekend, students get together for day-long winery tours, or excursions to Niagara Falls, Lake Ontario, and the Thousand Islands area. New York City, Boston, Toronto, and Washington, D.C. have also been popular weekend destinations. Cornell University offers a number of free concerts, lectures, and other cultural events at which you are also welcome. |
ParkingHaving an automobile is not necessary, as ample public transportation is available. If you do plan to have a car during your stay, please contact the Office of Executive Education for parking information. |
Medical FacilitiesCornell University has a medical clinic right on campus, which is available to you for emergency medical care. Students will be responsible for any costs incurred. |
