Klaus joined NTU in 2001 after 15 years with Siemens in Munich and
Erlangen, Germany, and Bombay, India. He held positions as an
organisational psychologist, as an in-house consultant for personnel
selection/ appraisal and organisational development, and as a
director for expatriate assignments to Asia.
Klaus' research mainly focuses on topics of cultural intelligence,
expatriate movement, selection and assessment, and behavior at work,
personality and health related outcomes. |
