TS enjoys the pleasures of semi-retirement. He last
worked full-time as Associate Professor, Strategy, Management and
Organisation at Nanyang Business School and is currently Adjunct
Associate Professor at Nanyang Technopreneurship Centre and Nanyang
Business School.
He has enjoyed a varied career, having served as chief executive of
two stockbroking firms and having held senior positions in the
banking and newspaper industries.
He has served on the board of directors of the Trade Development
Board (IE Singapore), Productivity and Standards Board (Spring
Singapore), Singapore General Hospital, the Medifund Advisory
Council, the Securities Industry Council and other companies.
He has completed assignments for the Singapore Productivity and
Standards Board (Spring Singapore), National Council of Social
Services, Singapore Airlines, Singapore Power, Bank Central Asia,
Accenture, Philips Asia, the Singapore Federation of Chambers of
Commerce and Industry, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
He now teaches for fun and the pleasure of interacting with lively
people. His recent clients include Rajah Garuda Mas Group, Sun
Microsystems, Neptune Orient Lines , Roche Diagnostics, Government
Savings Bank of Thailand, General Electric, Schneider Electric and
