You may download the Julyy 2010 PDP Application form, complete the form and then email it to us at cni-execed@ntu.edu.sg or fax to +65 6794 9796. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer you can download it for free from Adobe. You may also request to have the application materials sent to you.

We recommend that you complete the form online, save it and send it along with your résumé or curriculum vitae via email at your earliest convenience. For corporate partners, to avail of the special corporate pricing, employees are requested to apply online.

What to Expect After You Apply

Your application will be examined in considerable detail and you will be assigned the course level consistent with your wishes, your experience, and your education. Course enrollment will be on a first-come-first-served basis. We will make every effort to honor your first choice of the courses for which you are eligible. You will be notified immediately if we do not agree with the level you have indicated or if we are unable to place you in your course of choice. In the unusual event of a course cancellation, all persons enrolled in that course will be advised of other courses available at the same time.

Making Payment

Secure Online Payment

You may now submit a secure online payment here. Upon submission, we will revert to you with an order or invoice number and the amount that you need to pay for the courses. The order or invoice number and course fees are required information when making a secure online payment. Note that a deposit of US$250 for PDP July 2010 Singapore courses is needed to secure your place.
