Meeting different people from all over the world, sharing ideas and experiences. And the courses that I have taken so far are very useful. I did strategic pricing and it gave me a different perspective on pricing. As a marketer, my duty is to market the hotel and I wasn't really involved in pricing. But it's given me a different perspective. A more different perspective on pricing, how it impacts on customers and I think that is very good. I have learned new things, I am doing marketing strategy now, I have also learned some new ideas and it's given me a new look on how I am going to do things in the future. So it's been a very useful experience." |
